hm.
Apparently, I need some new friends. You know, ones that can actually do what they say they're going to do when they say they're going to do it. I guess the first step would actually be making plans* when they say that they want to make plans, which is, admittedly, only a tiny step, but would still be a vast improvement over the current "I want to make plans, but will always change the subject when you bring up the idea of making plans" situation.
Damn, that would be awesome.
* Said plans being at some place other than your boyfriend's house (who I've only met, like, twice), especially if no one who actually lives there is going to be there. 'Cause that's a little weird. Maybe not for you, as you've pointed out a dozen times, but definitely for me.
